The Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011 - made 28 March 2011

These effectively apply the revised EU Waste Framework Directive requirements with specific amendments applied to Duty of Care and the Hazardous Waste Regulations. 

The Waste (Scotland) Regulations 2011 - made 27 March 2011

The Waste Management Licensing (Scotland) Regulations 2011 

The CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme (Amendment) Order 2011 - came into force 1 April 2011

These apply changes such as the revenue from the sale of CRC AQllowances to go to the public purse rather than used for trading.

The EU End of Waste Regulations for iron, steel and aluminium take affect on 7 October 2011. These will lead to changes in the point at which PRNs can be issued.

The Welsh Single Use Carrier Bag Regulations come into force on 1 October 2011. Guidance has been published by the Welsh Government in Part 1 and Part 2.
