With the increased operation costs likely to be imposed by waste management companies, this is likely to see waste management costs double over the next 4 years unless companies take action to minimise their waste, streamline their waste processes and maximise the waste going for recycling or treatment.

Businesses are often given little advice by their waste management company on ways to optimise their waste practices and minimise cost. Consequently, many businesses are not only doing little to improve their waste position, they are often paying way over the odds because they have never challenged their waste company or market tested.
